"Pool wasn't accessible for me as there were many kids in the pool and they did pool parties to the public on the weekend. The gym only had free wts and one stepper that didn't work properly. Pretty disappointed in the gym and pool issues. for the most part there was friendly staff, but some were rude. Over all I did enjoy my stay here. i would rate it overall a 7/10."

"Breakfast Buffett was not stocked at 9:30am. The garbage cans were overflowing. The staff did not settle a loud guest situation in the room above our room after two calls to the front desk. My family have went to this hotel every year and this was a horrible experience this year."

"The hotel itself is lovely, every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome — from Lee greeting me at the front desk to Tara and another woman whose name I didn’t get giving me advice on parks to which I could take my dog. They have complementary breakfast, a popcorn, machine, and cookies at night. Oh, and the room was spacious with a bathtub! And if it matters to you, as part of the same parking lot, there is a Planet Fitness and Perkins. I have stayed here before and I will stay here every time I visit Altoona."
