We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after moving out of a suite that had black mold in the bathroom. Staff quickly found us a different place and it was very clean and quiet. It is convenient to all of the Williamsburg amentities and we would stay there again.

The washer dryer did not work. The insulation in the stove between the oven and the top of the stove is missing. There were so many sticks and twigs, it was difficult to walk with tripping over them. Unit 122 A

We felt the sheets and coverlet on the bed did not fit the bed correctly they were too short and too small. You couldn't cover up your shoulders only Midway to your chest. We had to get a blanket out of the closet to cover us.
