This was our first stay and we will definitely come back. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and central location just to name a few positives. We rented 2 bedroom suite which is just enough for a family without being overwhelming. We were all very pleased.

Hotel is clean, room was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately very few options for cable tv service (no sports on major networks). Walking around property is an option to stretch legs. Easy to get to, quiet. Near university and a few food options. Bring own breakfast food.

Excellent option for our family of 7. We enjoyed the Premiere 2-bedroom suite, which was spacious and comfortable. Great location, just a few minutes away from the historic Williamsburg visitor center. Nice breakfast.

Everything was great, except this one person who was at the desk through the nights of our stay, who was extremely rude. They had some work at their parking, which reduced some of the spots. I was asked to park at a neighboring hotel. When I checked with that hotel, they did not approve that. The staff person at Homewood then just said 'its your car and your problem, It is not my concern'. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. I eventually had to park in the downtown and Uber back to the hotel. It cost me money, as well as 2 hours late at night. The lady in the morning was super polite, helpful and very pleasant though.
