"Very nice pool, spa and grassy sitting area. The fir trees are wonderful. Did not do breakfast or use the dining room so I can’t say anything about them. The room was average. It would be nice if they would pull the carpet up in the rooms especially as it pet friendly. Many people like me are allergic to dog and cat dander."

"We had an awesome time staying at the historic GC hotel. We roomed in the carriage house and it was decorated nicely. The staff (Deb and Jen) is top notch! We were within walking distance of the train depot and upon our return from the Grand Canyon I was delighted to find a birthday card on my night stand signed by the staff. I can’t say enough about the quality and value. No need to drive here. Highly recommend this place."

"I would never ever stay here again. The power went off for three hours, the water smelled like sewage, the carbon monoxide detector went off around 11 pm in my daddy’s room and they had to move. Then this morning when I woke up at 555- the elevators weren’t even working. Poor communication. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at"
