"Clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast wasn’t terrible "

"The check-in staff were lovely. But the building is very rundown. When I saws the furniture in the lobby, I wouldn’t even sit on the rchairs. The cushions were stained and the arms threadbare and filthy. It was nice to have water with lemons though, and the chocolate chip cookies were a real treat. In my room, it seemed very apparent that the sheets hadn’t been changed. There was a big clump of dark hair along with one long one and quite a few short ones. They did very quickly change them for me. The rugs also appeared dirty & super worn. everything in the room just seems to have worn (the soba was like the lobby ones) out on the plus side, the breakfast was awesome with lots of Choice and an excellent staff refilling ongoing so never anything missing. . The shuttle runs 24 hours and he was spot on with the time only 15 minutes to the airport pretty much guaranteed. I didn’t try the pool. . The 10% discount at the restaurant in the holiday Inn across the parking lot was wonderful. I wouldn’t stay there again due to the very poor condiition & poor n - cleanliness."

"Our stay was great, close to airport. Shuttle service was great and on time. Parking at the hotel was great and cheaper than the airport. People were friendly. Only downfall was there was no restaurant open for supper in the hotel when we stayed."
