Put my head down on a pillow that smelled like someone had used it to wipe their armpit after not showering for a week. Another pillow smelled fine at first but got whiffs of BO throughout the night. Showered the next morning and the drain in there was clogged as well. Bathroom and halls were clean looking"

"The staff in the restaurant were excellent during the breakfast. I wish I could remember his name but he was so friendly and went above and beyond. The front desk however was not great. My daughter asked to buy a breakfast voucher for the morning before her early morning skate. He sold it to her and when she went to the breakfast room told her oh, it’s not open for another hour..: she clearly was down there to eat. He wouldn’t reimburse her. They would not accommodate keeping the room for two different recurring bookings until we asked for the manager.. maybe it was the young girls dad.. they struggled to punch in food that was ordered "
