"Very clean and quiet!"

"We booked a mobility room but at check in we’re told it was not available. They upgraded at no cost but was farther away from the main entrance and my girlfriend’s father had a ways to walk. Rooms appeared clean and it was quiet. Overall it is a cheap place to stay in Leduc, Alberta."

"everything and they still won't send me a copy of my invoice for the stay and they did not return the deposit to me. They also did this last year when we stayed there so it seems like a scam giving them a "deposit" that they say you get back upon departure but they never intend to at all. As I took my dog out for a walk in the morning, there was a homeless person coming out of the main lobby bathroom and wandering the halls when I came back in the building."

"I liked everything else but the bathrooms. The bath tubs had black molds/dirt pall round the wall. Didn’t have time for breakfast had meetings back then back, didn’t know if one can order from the room."

"Hotel was excellent clean we stayed on the first floor next to the pool, room was large clean and comfortable perfect for us travelling with our grandchildren they loved the pool and hot tub. Restaurant on site food was excellent and well priced"

"The hotel staff were friendly and it was clean. It could use some updates as the pictures didn’t really look like the room. Although the description has a shuttle service , if you don’t book it ahead, you have to wait an hour. This could be communicated at check in as we had to pay for a taxi to the airport."
