Delayed check in. Had to wait over an hour after check in time 3pm. Got room key after 4pm. Check out was at 12 noon, room wasnt available but several people were rooms were checked in immediately. Requested convenience fee and valet parking to be refunded.
This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response.
One thing positive is literally across the street from LA live

A fun experience for our family. Short walk to Walk of Fame. Food within walking distance. Rooms and decor are fun and interesting. Wonderful pool area. Super friendly valet.

We have stayed here a few times. Since covid the free breakfast items are lacking. I like the location and its very reasonable price, but not having real half and half for coffee or any decent breakfast is not worth it.
