"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. "The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. "Hand towel was the only issue for the room. Everything was spotless apart from the hand towel. Room was big and bathroom was freshly renovated. The communication could be better, we had to txt first to get the code to get in, this should be sent out the day before, especially for those travelling a long distance like us. Aside from that I have no complaints and it wouldn’t stop me going back."
