"There is alot of walking and is not easy to navigate using a wheelchair (unless a powerchair is used) due to the inclines and narrow ramps. The directional signs blend in with plants. It would be nice if they added color to the different entrances (instead of just having the map color coded) to make it easier for people who don't see the signs to navigate. There were alot people getting lost and asking others for directions. Otherwise, the place is really beautiful and staff is friendly. We had a good time overall. My mother loved it."

"The room was clean and hotel quiet thru the night. Breakfast buffet was great! Front desk staff very helpful. Loved the free post card and stamp to send it off. We enjoyed the larger than normal indoor hotel swimming pool and hot tub! Great experience in Lebanon, TN!"

"The room was really nice, and the staff was kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they charged a pet fee for our dogs despite the fact that they are emotional support animals. This extra fee was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website."
