"Dated rooms, poor value for money, arrived Fri & left Mon, bins not emptied, towels not changed, rooms not made up during stay. Air con/heating did not work despite checking instructions on www. No orange, coffee or tea with breakfast. 6 coat hangers & 15cm of rail for a family of 4 to hang clothes. ..."
