The Iron Horse Hotel
This hotel hosts an event during the weekend of the Kentucky Derby. Unless you are attending the event- I would avoid the hotel during this weekend. Many hotel amenities are adjusted to cater to those participating in the Derby event- it’s not beneficial for guests who are not.

We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel! The location is extremely convenient for Brewers games or events at The Rave/Eagles Club, which is right across the street. They offer a shuttle to the games and back, which was a huge plus — just make sure to sign up ahead of time for the ride there. ...
