"Beautiful hotel. Staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were so comfy. We stayed in the King Suite and it was so roomy, full kitchen, nice bedroom and very large bathroom. It was perfect for our family of 4. Close to great shopping, food choices, entertainment, etc. "

"Kitchenette has very basic utensils and dishes in the dishwasher. I didn’t use these. The room was very clean. I felt comfortable walking barefoot in the room. I had minimal interaction with the staff as I came and went via the stairs and the back door. My only concern was that upon check in, I was given no information regarding the surrounding area or amenities. I asked about restaurants and stores and the person at the desk couldn’t give me any local information. Also, the front doors are not ADA compliant. They are lock release by your room key and do not offer an automatic button. Making getting through with bags, suitcases etc very difficult, nvm if you’re in a wheelchair or otherwise compromised physically. No black out curtains on the windows means you are kept awake by the outside light. Mostly this is sufficient for workers getting up by sunrise, but not all of us awaken that early. The doors are very heavy and slam if not held while closing, waking up anyone sleeping past 5am. Great place to stay if you are a construction worker. I did feel safe and it was clean and close to stores & restaurants that I had to find on my own. They allow pets, which is great. Few frills but overall, a good place to stay. "

"When we got to the hotel, the teenage clerk said the tv was removed because it was broken, so we would just have to go without one. The room was gross. The bedsheets were not changed and we could see where poeple had been laying. There was bodily fluid stains and hairs on the sheets. Even the curtains had stains on them. The lights, power outlets, and light switches were broken and exposed. The counter top was covered in dust and the drywall was full of holes. This hotel looked like a place where a hooker goes to overdose. There was a large dog in the next room that began barking at us through the walls as soon as we got off the elevator too. We have fairly low standards and don't ask a whole lot, but there was no way we were going to stay there. We picked up our stuff and asked for our money back. The teenage clerk with no personality said she would submit it and it would take about a week for a refund. The parking lot was very dark and there were tweekers sitting around getting high just outside the entrance. I took pictures of all this..."

"Wish I could leave more pic's ck in & out staff was just fine only 1 elevator for the whole hotel in our room 3rd floor 2 screens were missing on 2 different windows, one of the drawers for clothes was dented/cracked windows was janky a/c unit dirty and possible had mold mosquitoes got in and were all on a good portion of the shower/tub and ceiling at the sink and ceiling shower 100% slippery carpet boarder has stains at night you hear the frwy as if windows are open, this was overpriced should be a $60-70 room"

"We had a FREAKING BED BUG IN OUR ROOM. Since I purchased the non refundable, Expedia won’t do anything about it. I had no idea that I was getting a room with bed bugs"
