"The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. The kitchenette, however, was essentially NON-functional and lacked basic equipment, raising the question of why it is advertised as a kitchen at all. Amenities were very limited. Toiletries consisted only of toilet paper and a single bar of soap. There was NO shampoo, NO conditioner, NO hair dryer, and NO hand towels were provided. Bath towels were small, and only two were provided for two guests over a four-night stay. There was also NO iron or ironing board. Overall, the room felt dusty and NOT well maintained, and the lack of basic amenities made the stay uncomfortable."

"All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms were dirty and had a strong sewage smell. I switched rooms hoping it was just an isolated issue, but the second room was just as bad. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s response. No one seemed to care, and they were unable or unwilling to properly accommodate the situation. The supervisor was even less helpful, which only reinforced the impression that there is a serious lack of leadership at this property. That poor leadership clearly trickles down through the staff. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. It is overpriced and, in my opinion, a 2-star hotel at best."

"The grounds were beautiful, pools were never too crowded. Staff and food service was exceptional ! Highly recommend for a family:) We didn’t even want to leave the property. The Privado Villas had their own private pool and lobby which we utilized regularly. "

"I liked the neighborhood and felt extremely safe. The service was excellent and very friendly. The grounds were also nicely laid out, and the pool was beautiful. But the property was a bit outdated. Clean, but not remodeled any time recently. I was also upset that there were no microwaves in the rooms. And you do hear quite a bit of plane noise, as it's in a flight path."
