"Really enjoyed our stay"

"The Manor looks great when you pull in from the road - like an old English School. The parking was free which is what drew us to this property. However, upon entering you begin to see that it is has not been well maintained. Our room was cool as the AC had been on and the bed sheets were very crisp white but these were the only positives. There were cobwebs dotted around the room, mould by the AC unit, the towel rail was broken as well as the balcony door. The carpets and walls needed a...

"Room was very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower pressure excellent. Front desk staff nice, polite and helpful - loaned us a phone charger. Lots of outlets to plug in your electronics. View of Niagara Falls from I HOP in the hotel was amazing. Would definitely book again when we return to Niagara Falls. Also, well-priced, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area."

"Terrible room"

"The stay here was great. Had some issues with the toilet but staff was helpful. Will definitely revisit 🙂"

"Clean room, event was in the same building, centrally located to shops, restaurants, sites. Lots of things to see and experience. Everything is quite pricey so be prepared. Staff was very nice. I recommend the restaurant “My Cousin Vinny’s” excellent food, service and prices."

"Chambres spacieuses et propres. Employés tres gentils et service rapide. Très bon emplacement, proche de tout."

"Average"

"I liked the room and the spa"

"施設や清潔さに不満も無かったので、良いホテルだと思う"

"Housekeeping was terrible in our room. On the headboards that are very large or dusty you could see where people printed their names. There was hand marks in the dust. A big huge spot near the head of the mattress was great big stain was terrible looking. I basically slept in my clothes. Didn’t want to put on a nighty or anything check-in with excellent very nice management."

"We rented a room with jetted tub which we couldn't use due to the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom didnt look like it was properly cleaned there was hair in the shower stall and the "blanket/duvet" was very thin and just old and did not feel great. Really not worth the price paid for the night we spent and will definitely not be returning in the future."

"Breakfast very simple , stuff not friendly the room very simple and very old the washroom very old fashion old shower tab the TV table very simple and poor condition the entrance door very poor condition the most important thing is for the entire building only 1 elevator very very bad idea , I won’t come here again or recommend to anyone here ."

"Room was clean, breakfast was good. Location just fine for us. Walking distance to most places we wanted, the Falls, Clinton Hill, restaurants. LCBO!"

"I liked the place but, no complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was not cheap either, then again, nothing in Niagara Falls is cheap these days. Also, the Starbucks in the lobby is not really a Starbucks, they simply use the logo and charge Starbucks prices but won’t accept their gift cards. Minor annoyances but still."
