"I like that is close to a lot of the sightseeings within walking distance and a quite area. I didn’t like the idea that I had to keep asking for towels, coffee, etc daily since the room is clean every 7 days and we stayed 4 days. Calling for assistant from the room was NO answer. I had to call from my mobile. The coffee shop below was excellent but the restaurant was awful..NO customer service. The lady working at the lobby was GREAT!"

"Way too loud. The earplugs provided did not help-which was a sign in the first place that noise would be an issue. We could hear cars drag racing on first avenue all night and we could hear loud drug addled conversations right below the window. The staff seemed more interested in telling us they would charge for all incidentals than providing any other useful insights. It felt like the hotel was all about selling things in the rooms with their branding and "boutique-y" overly curated vibe."

"Room service staff was rude. The delivered the food and forgot our utensils, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to receive them. Dined in the restaurant, the food was cold by the time it was served. Definitely not worth the price that you pay. Valet service forgot to get our vehicle and waited for 45 minutes for it to arrive. Will not stay there again. "

"The elevator (1, other wasnt running) was super slow. We waiting a long time for it. It got very irritating. The coffee maker, Espresso or whatever it was only made a tiny amount of coffee at a time. My husband likes real coffee. There were no options for it. "

"Enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple. Very friendly helpful staff, smooth and easy check in/out. Asked for a fridge 2 hours before check in & the staff responded immediately at no extra charge. Incredibly comfy beds & pillows!! Bathroom was a bit small. Great location to Pike Place Market & restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a fun Seattle experience."
