If checking in and out isn’t important then this is your hotel!!!! Front desk staff is nonexistent and they apparently don’t care that they are nonexistent. The room was fine and it was clean.

Clean, but under construction and would have been good to know before going that there would be construction noise, and the hotel was torn apart. Transparency goes a long way

The Lodge at Van Hook
I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.

Telluride Lodge
I was very surprised to find this location. It certainly did not look like a lodge. The person who checked me in was extremely helpful, I can't say enough good things about her
