"Clean room friendly staff great night sleep "

"Clean room. Hotel had newer furniture but ceiling was leaking in the main floor hallway… and the breakfast was so so… limited options. Gym was sad. Pool area was dark and not the best."

"The property was in terrible condition. The pillows and linens were old. The elevator was out of service for our entire visit. The heater was old and LOUD. It would kick on multiple times a night and wake me up. We barely had hot water to take a shower. The water pressure was terrible. I ended up going to the rec center to take a shower because of the water issue. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. They had Captain Crunch and warm milk. The coffee tasted like tar. I brought my concerns to the front desk, but nothing was done. They said since I booked through a 3rd party, there wasn't anything they could do. I was VERY disappointed, and I will not be returning. "

"Our family was in town for a couple of hockey games of our grandson. All the staff members that assisted us were very friendly and cheerful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. "

"Hotel was unfriendly and the conditions of the hotel were poor. We had holes in our walls and our room wasn’t very clean— dust on top of surfaces etc… our shower head was also very poor. The breakfast was terrible. Coffee didn’t work, juice didn’t work and the food was cold. Would not stay here again. "
