"This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. "We really enjoyed our stay at YHA Bath during the Jane Austen festival. Simone went above and beyond, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants, sights to see and how to get to places. She let us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could explore the surrounding area. She even took photos for us when we got dressed up for the ball! "
