"Don’t desk staff was sort of short and condescending. Not very welcoming. The folks doing coffee service are always miserable but were particularly short and rude this time. I think these folks forgot they work in hospitality. The bartender was incredible. Remembered us from our last stay!! He was the highlight of the staff. Kind and efficient but not pushy."

"Good"

"Great hotel! Great view! I’ll choose it every time I travel to Chicago. I would pick the same room and all."

"Nice Place to be."

"We had a great experience! The room was modern and had a relaxing vibe. The roof top bar was swanky and added a touch of excitement. The food was excellent. I wish the hotel lobby had more of a wow factor but the arrival lavender towel and tea was refreshing."

"good breakfast, friendly staff"
