"Check in services were exceptional. They were very welcoming and informative. We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not working. Room was very kept. I just wish the carpets would go. It seemed a bit outdated plus the fact that the don’t provide drinking water is a bit disappointing. Overall we make the time work. Location is prime for a getaway. "

"Me he quedado en el peor hotel muy Chico sucio y muy apretado todo desayuno mesas apretadas cuando cheque no dieron information que necesitaba WiFi perdi llamada muy Importante el dia que sali para desayunar tiene que pasar por storage y lavanderia ahi fue donde entre al cuarto empeze con comenzon ya no dije nada Pense que era algo ligero y ya no quise decir MAs de todo lo que estaba mal ahi en el hotel me fui en Camino a casa vi las Ronchas MAs comenzon lo reporte y dijoeron q cuando me fui no dije nada al front desk y que por eso no podria tener nada de compensation de su Parte or nada ya ha pasado dos Dias MAs y se ve peor a cuando les mande fotos eran MAs diferentes asi que fueron picaduras de chinches ! Costumer service que tiene el hotel muy bajo , attention al cliente muy bajo ,limpieza muy bajo nunca MAs me quedaria ahi y para que otras personas pienzen dos veces antes the book ahi !!"

"My stay was good I left a few items behind I live in Las Vegas I do have family in La puente that would be able to pick up my items but hotel said only we could pick it up not considering that we live outside of town"

"Roaches in room, bullet holes on door, enough said. The family in the liquor store on property were all nice but the hotel was less than 1 star. App won't let me load photos but I have photos of the roaches and bullet hole door."

"My stay was spectacular, check in was a breeze. The deposit was very cheap, I believe under $50 for sure (can’t remember exactly). You need to fill in a check in card was different but it was easy. Front desk was courteous and check out was simple too, just make sure you bring your debit card too so they can process your room refund successfully. The room was clean, as described online, and the AC was very cool. Parking is ample in the back but you may have to be lucky to snag a front parking. It’s close to many locations but I was really only there to sleep and relax after a family event. Would definitely come back given the affordability."

"The staff had the front door locked everytime we arrived even in the middle of the day. The breakfast was just a step above a continental breakfast. The staff and guest were in a yelling match in the parking lot for over and hour."
