"The room was clean and quiet. There is a daily parking charge which was a surprise for this level of a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing.I was at this hotel for five days and it never got better. I skipped the free breakfast on the last day and went across the street to the I Hop restaurant. I found the potatoe dish that was served to be especially bad. The buffet needs fresh fruit and not the sorry, bruised ,tiny apples that were in a bowl. Also one of the elevators was out...

"The property was well maintained. Only issue, which is crazy, the water pressure for the 3rd floor was so strong it was not comfortable."

"Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great! Room was nice. Great water pressure. The price was too much. I will shop longer next time."

"Clean and comfortable room. On a main road, so plenty of road noise. Poorly maintained gym area. The room had a very loud a/c unit, but room was clean and shower was strong and hot."

"The staff was very nice but the hotel room was bad. The bedding had a bad smell and the bathroom was dirty. I left early and didn’t stay the night."

"Good amenities and looks clean. Breakfast was good too but with very limited options. Hotel staff keeping just cleaned bathroom trash but didn’t setup the bed leaving the blankets clumsy"

"For the price, everything was fine. Leo was very helpful directing us to places to eat in old town, historic Santa Fe."

"We got a room on the ground floor because they were overbooked and we checked in after 6 on a Saturday. It was very easy to get to, and parking was very close to it. The problem we had was we had the first room once you got into the hallway and the staircase for the other 2 floors was right there and above our room. There was almost a constant trek of people going up or down the stairs from the time we checked in through most of the night, and I got very little sleep because of the heavy traffic...

"Maintenance of room a big issue as toilet would not flush without holding the handle down and sink faucet leaked badly. Carpet was tore in room by bathroom entrance. Room could use a good deep cleaning."

"good breakfast- buffet style- clean and convenient location. VERY LOUD- right on a main street and it sounded like drag racing ALL night long. If you stay here request a room on the shopping mall side- it might be a little bit quieter."

"I enjoy my stay every time. I appreciate the staff and thank them for making me feel comfortable"

"Wonderful experience."

"Clean cute room, weak to zero WiFi connections. Only tv able to use are your own apps… no local tv available. Was able to get a partial refund as we checked out early"

"rooms are always clean and beds comfortable, easy check in and plenty of safe parking, everything always works well in the rooms"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Glorieta! The beds were cozy. The pool and hot tub were great. The mountain views were amazing and it was still fairly close to the Railyard and downtown."

"The actual property was clean and cute, the rooms were outdated, but mostly clean. There was some confusion on when the rooms would be cleaned so that was frustrating that our dirty towels never got taken and the trash never emptied. The room could use a full size mirror, but that’s so minimal. The parking was an issue, we could not get into the garage area if another car was parked in there too. The property manager was friendly as was the support staff when we requested more towels and coffee....

"My daughter stated that is was one of the nicest motels we’ve stayed at"
