The house was in a decent area of town. We rented solely because they allowed pets and had a fenced in yard. Unfortunately, the property has an abundance of poison ivy growing in the open area of the backyard and in the landscape beds near the driveway. We did not feel comfortable letting our dog roam free and had to keep her on a lease during our stay, which was an inconvenience. The house itself was ok and as stated. The small bedroom with the baby crib had an odd smell that was unpleasant when entering the room each time. All of the initial and post stay communication is through a property management group and not the owner of the property.
