We were placed on the second floor but they were really nice and helped us change our room to the 5th floor on the second night."

While I noticed that the property lists as having no elevator, it definitely does. We were on the 6th floor! "The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

"Beautiful hotel well situated to access public transport, shops and attractions. We ate dinner in the bar 2 nights and both days it was delicious. Staff on reception and bar were very friendly. "The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and super friendly! The room was great for the price, I just wish the AC actually worked. The AC unit had a broken back pipe so it was blowing out hot air through the back but otherwise everything was amazing!! Definitely recommend"
