"We loved our experience at Tenaya Lodge! There are lots of activities for the kids, the marshmallows at night are wonderful touch! Our cabin was spacious and in a beautiful location. We could not have been happier with our stay and will definitely be back!"
"The tent cabin is great, especially with the open shower outside. We love it and always shout out, “It’s show time!” in excitement. However, be prepared for bugs and mosquitoes. I had a lot of mosquito bites, while my husband and daughter didn’t. Fortunately, our daughter was able to use the swimming pool."
"We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Whispering Pines! We stayed in a king-bed room; very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with walk-in shower, a small kitchenette that included a refrigerator w/freezer section, microwave, and sink. The TV and wifi worked well during our stay. This was the perfect motel for us as we explored the June Lake area and Mammoth Lakes. Having the refrigerator and microwave helped us plan food and picnics. And wonderful bonus: amazing view of Horsetail Falls and mountain scenery right outside our room window and door. This place was peaceful and a wonderful part to our summer trip. We hope to stay again!"
"The lodge was very nice. The room was clean and large with a nice patio. Very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Food was ok. Didn’t take advantage of the spa or pool. Make a reservation for dinner if you plan to eat there. Nothing else is close by. Wish that they had two separate menus for the dining room and tavern. The tavern was more lively and a better atmosphere. Would stay here again. The have sandwiched and salads to go in the general store."
"24/7 hot water is so great, after a day of hiking and activities.
Just be aware the tent cabin can be an issue if your neighbor snores loud, or talking and laughing till midnight, bad phone reception in the valley, so not possible to call the front desk to handle this situation. bring a pair of ear plug!"
"It was one of my favorite places to stay in Yosemite. The location was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my time there. The only downside was the beds—they could definitely use an upgrade. The mattress was uncomfortable, and I woke up with back pain after sleeping on it. Overall, I would stay here again, but more comfortable beds would make the experience even better."
