"The property is in a great location, conveniently close to the park, and the rooms are spacious. This was my second time staying here, and I really like this property because of its proximity to the park. However, there were a few things that could have been handled better this time. We had large pieces of luggage and were placed on the third floor, even though the elevator was out of service and the staff was aware of it. They offered to have a staff member come and help us with our luggage, but unfortunately, no one ever arrived. I also requested an iron and ironing board. I was told there was one in the room and that I could call to request one if it wasn’t there. When I arrived, there was no iron or ironing board, and the phone in the room was not working, so I couldn’t call to request them. The iron was eventually brought to the room, but the staff member seemed upset about having to bring it. I really like this property and would consider staying here again. A little more attention to these details, better communication, and follow-through from the staff would have made my stay much smoother and more enjoyable."

"We had The Mission Suite. When we arrived we had a very warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff. The place is beautiful. The buildings are beautiful and the property is very well maintained. Our room was clean and spacious with a big balcony. We stayed for two nights and I would go back anytime. If you want a great place to stay, this is it. Everything is rustic and wood. Beautiful. We also went to the restaurant attached to the Inn. Food and service was great. Our new waiter (his third day on the job) treated us like cherished friends and family. Services was great and the food was excellent. Even though they were short staff the first night, our waiter and chef did an outstanding service. If I resume: do not hesitate to stay there you will not be disappointed. They also offer continental breakfast which is a bonus. A happy customer with great memories from that stay. Thanks guys"
