The hotel was very accommodating to us since our check occurred at 2 o’clock in the morning. There’s plenty of parking here, but you have to scope out the nearest part of the Parking to your room once you checked in. It’s quite a sprawling property.

When checking was informed that there was no breakfast and the elevator wasn’t working! I have never had a Best Western experience like this!! We were in Watertown for a funeral and we were very disappointed

These comfortable clean rooms are very reasonably priced. Yes they are kind of 1970s in their many brown colors however we're in a historic part of New York so there's lots of older things to check out that are fascinating. The staff is super helpful and friendly. And I met any nice people just coming on in there. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. The breakfast is good for that kind of food. I would definitely stay here again!

Waited in lobby for over 50 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. Elevator broken, husband is handicapped and we had to carry our bags upstairs two flights. There wasn’t any breakfast, they were moving the the dining area and didn’t plan for any breakfast which is part of their package. The coffee pot in the lobby was broken!

I only spent one night so didn’t really avail myself of a lot of services. The bed was great. Room was clean, quiet, everything worked, breakfast was good. Check in was great —- friendly, answered questions Check out was better — friendly, suggested a side trip based on where I was going.

It was a safe area and the concierge, knowledgeable. The dog doo on the floor in the lobby should have been cleaned up. It was still there in the morning and a clump had migrated outside the 2d floor elevator. The kitchen staff was friendly and kind.

Property is not safe, the door from the outside to the rooms is not locked and kept open 24/7. Breakfast is not guaranteed and not able to confirm if it will be delivered in the morning. Listing originally included a pool and then changed the listing after I raised my concerns about our booking including a pool. Wifi does not work in all rooms.

Rooms were clean. When asked for an extra chair they said yes but never brought one. Coffee machine was in lobby only had regular coffee decals was out of order. when we went down for breakfast there were no forks. Couldn’t find anyone to help us get forks and that coffee machine was out of order and had to go to the lobby and get coffee if you wanted any to go with breakfast. Juice machine was also out of order with only OJ.
