"First, when we check-in and stayed in our room, we realized that we were stayed in the wrong room because when we check the size didn't match what we paid for. Then, we asked the front desk about it, and it seems they knew it. So, on our second day, they moved us into room that we were supposed to. "
"Super friendly staff members. Clean and beautifully decorated little boutique hotel. Spacious room, good air-condition. Hot water a bit slow but did its job. Bed comfortable. Breakfast over expectations with many selections. Will definitely stay again. Walking distance to many nice places nearby. Restaurants, coffee shops etc."

"The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere.
The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. For me who didn’t know much about Laos, this one day tour...
"Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff.
Breakfast was included and you choose the day before.
Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."
