"On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...

"Le chauffe-eau fonctionnait mal et on avait pas de débit d'eau suffisant pour se laver. La cuisine était sale. L'auberge etait très bruyante, aucun couvre-feu mis en place pour assurer le sommeil et aucun insonorisation. Service agréable cependant."

"The team was helpul. The acted upon the complaints. The tolet lid was broken. The room was not cleaned. We still could see the hairclip from previous occupent. The quilt looked run down completely to the ectent that we got itchiness once we got into the bed. The team stated pumping water into the tank at 2 am in the moning creating noise that we could not sleep. On complaining they switched it off. So overall not a pleasent stay. "

"Staff is so in professional and also they don’t ready your room if you booked online you have to wait or compromise with other room also they do not give complimentary water bottles and toiletry. And do not book this stay with breakfast they only give you butter toss and tea . The staff is not good The environment is good garden is good only thing which i want to appreciate is the garden. "This property did not allow me to stay since I does not have Indian Passport. They not even know what is OCI card. I just checked next door hotel and they gladly accepted me as their guest. Expedia does no verification of the Hotel quality or staff behavior. A horrible experience with the hotel and Expedia. For no reason this review getting rejected. "

"They didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments."
