They show the different fee on portal and hotel receptionist asking to pay more and the hotel name on the portal is different from actual hotel name, location was at bad place. No utilities are provided in the hotel. Worst experience...

I called the Hotel. At 1st instance they said room is not available at such low cost. Then again they called me and said they can arrange the dormitory in the rate I booked. I told them that I booked Double Delexe Room with AC With attached bath, then how you can give me Dormitory?. Then they offered me double Room but for that I have to pay three times extra per day. This is complete unprofessional behaviour from hotel. They are offering lower cost on Expedia. And in actual they are asking four to five times the amount, we actually booked.
