"Staff was excellent! Matul, Kayla, Cheyenne and Kristen were all very helpful, responsive and friendly. The area was safe and convenient to shops/restaurants, parking was ample, and our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Walls were thin but we were lucky not to have noisy neighbors during our 5 day stay. Breakfast was a treat given our extended stay. We would stay again. "

"The floor left my socks filthy. There was no shower curtain on the shower rod. A set of pots, pans, and utensils could be purchased as a bundle instead of being included in the cost to borrow. Only 1 bedside lamp worked. The TV had to be replaced - the first TV couldn't turn on. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our maintenance man was very kind and also apologetic for the room's condition."

"First, the staff here are excellent. Really helpful and kind and friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. They were all wonderful. The decor is nice, the grounds are well kept, the location is great. The only fault (and I get that this is a big one) was that there is a deep musty odor in the rooms. After a while you get used to it, but it seems like there is something going on that the company needs to address. This isn't something that the staff onsite can deal with, and I want to be clear that they made our stay as lovely as possible. BUT I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN, IN SPITE OF ALL THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT IT."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean through out the whole Hotel. Breakfast was good but a little high priced. Pancakes where wonderful! The hotel was not our type of hotel. Lights where very dime through the hotel and our room. It is an old factory made into an Hotel. To much concrete and very plain. We are in our 70's not out type of Hotel. If ou like that look then I would reamend it. "

"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."
