"The romance package it's a waste of money. Chocolate is a very small box with a welcome Genting hotel sign, not personal, cards with messages just a quick handwriting card by one of the the staff members... Booked through Expedia, no one offered discount in sky bar, nothing in Casino too... otherwise it's a nice place."

"Hotel was clean, neat, and today. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and well prepared however I could not get the air conditioning to work, which ultimately disturbed my sleep. The breakfast was very basic, but that’s a given these days. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel and was actually impressed by the breakfast offering. The general food on offer was also very limited. I ordered pizza and some chips. The pizza was like a frozen one from a supermarket as were the chips. Very overpriced and poor quality."
