"Our stay here was incredible. As Expedia users, we were given an upgrade to the Kaiser Maximilian I Suite, complete with hunting lodge ambience. Full of historic significance and wonderful views of the Alps. Staff were charming and assisted us very well on our two day travel plans. The breakfast room and service was excellent Austrian fare. All the major sites were in walking distance. We will come back someday! :)"

"First and foremost I want to talk about the staff of this hotel… they are super friendly, professional and sincere. This also includes the bar upstairs… great barman and waiters in the evening. Hotel it self is located in a central area with easy walking access to restaurants coffee sightseeing and hiking. Place is super clean, and the rooms are interesting but it’s in a historic building so you have to take it for what it is. I would recommend booking a place with balcony for some outdoor space. "Stayed here due to its proximity to old Innsbruck. It is also very convenient to the River Inn with fabulous viewpoints of the high peaks. It is only a few minutes to the Congress cable car access to the Nordkette Moontains. Amazing vantage point high above the clouds! "
