"The mattress was very lumpy. It was difficult to sleep."

"Great last minutes stay"

"It is a little dated, but the location is beautiful. The staff was great and the room was large."

"Location! Location! Location!"

"For the price it is pretty average."

"We loved everything about our stay!!!"

"Delightful clean, quiet, family run refuge by the ocean in beautiful Narragansett. Highly recommend."

"Staff friendly, room clean, bed comfortable, and bathroom clean!"

"We booked a room specifically for its waterfront view, only to discover that a construction site was situated directly between our room and the water, significantly obstructing the view we had expected. To make matters worse, construction work began at 8:00 a.m. on Columbus Day (Monday), a public holiday, disrupting what was supposed to be a peaceful and relaxing family getaway. At no point did the hotel inform us about the ongoing construction or warn us about the possibility of early-morning...

"Would definitely stay there again"

"This hotel is in a perfect.lpcation right downtown. Perfect for walking to thr many restaurants, bars amd shops. However, this place is very dated. Ot needs a serious renovation to bring it up to the standards for which they are charging."

"Quaint area. Clean."
