"Beautiful resort but needs repairs. The tram was broken the majority of the week, the walk to the last building is quite far if packing baggage. Needs more food options with better hours of operation. Room was clean, pools amazing. Took several days to find the ice machine. Overall very happy with our stay."

"The hotel is doing everything to turn guest away. The price includes just the room. No water in the room, no breakfast is included. Everything is extra and super inflated prices. Very unwelcoming.
