I did like the location, close to places to eat and the underground.... but...
I guess they were still renovating. I have never stayed in such a small room that I had to move the luggage rack into the hall to be able to sit on the bed and move around. There was a step up almost 1 foot to get into the bathroom. The commode was so close to the wall that I had to sit sideways on it. I could not even stick my hand between it and the wall. The shower you had to step down 6 inches. It was terrible. I guess I should have asked for a handicap room....

Very modern and nice hotel. Super convenient location with walking distance to trains and public transportation.
The staff were so friendly and even prepared a gift for my special occasion. Will definitely come back next time.

Nice, clean hotel. Great location but I didn’t realise the style of the hotel and wasn’t a huge fan of staying in a shoe “box” with a bed.
The extra, over inflated charges for storing bags before and after checking in also let it down for me.
