"Faded glory, would have seemed luxurious in the 90s. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but no fridge (definitely a cupboard where it used to be), no cast facility on the TV, tv had a damaged area of the screen. Breakfast was great, lovely coffee from the machines. Staff were a little dispirited, ..."

"We realise no tea & coffee plus chairs in rooms may cut costs but other comparable hotels provide them. It would of been nice to check in with a person rather than have 3 receptionists watch us use the automatic check in. Good air con & window size in room & clean bathroom."
