"Amazing location. My room had views of the dunes, and was very quiet. The hotel is very walkable, 5 minute stroll through the dunes to the beach (pathway is paved). A 5 minute walk in the other direction of the hotel takes you to plenty of shops and restaurants."

If you plan on walking\biking a lot every where and to Texel island, this is a good hotel(even with the park on the north side) to launch from. BTW; the lunch and soup were good here."

No mini-fridge or kettle or anything like that. There were also things like torn wall paper and other wear-and-tear. Overall, we stayed for just one night and were quite satisfied."
