"Ho fatto una prenotazione di 4 notti.
Quando si prenota un 5 stelle ci si augura di avere il massimo dei confort.
Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica.
La stanza appena arrivato era piena di polvere, igiene alquanto scarso.

"Location and friendly and courteous staff were highlights. Will definitely consider staying there again if we visit Brussels and will also recommend to our friends.
Minor feedback was that I found housekeeping response to be a bit slow- but nothing major- ran out of coffee and creamer - called for it but did not get any. Also asked for ironing board it came after we left the room."

"Nice hotel with good transport links to get around the city. Food in the restaurant looked and smelled amazing but my short stay didn't allow me to try it for myself. Room was a good standard and was comfortable for three of us. I would definitely stay again if return to the city in the future"

"Very nice, quiet room with good AC. Great breakfast, great and friendly service. Within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes. No pool or gym, but lovely lobby area with seats and tables and refreshments. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect.

"This is a really cool little chic hotel. Very comfy, modern, and unique. Be warned there is no a/c, and we stayed on the 3rd floor in late May which already meant the room was very warm on arrival and had to be aired out before we could get comfortable. Be wary of that in the warm summer months (although likely typical of the area)."
