Hotel from 1980

Looks and feels like its not been updated since 1980. Asked for 400Euro deposit and not sure why as didnt want to use restaurant. Lots of noise in the morning at 7am with doors creaking and slamming. No milk or creamer for coffee in the room. Towels not replaced daily.

Très gros problème de luminosité dans la chambre aussi bien sur les rideaux il fait jour dans la chambre dès le levé du soleil et sous la porte il peut y mettre une main ce qui crée une gêne et un inconfort visuel et acoustique

Dated and strange interpretation of four star

Baffling how this place has 4 stars. The shower didn't work in our room so we had to pack up and move to get ready. We were offered a single free coffee between two adults in recompense...which added to the absurdity of staying in a ligtly updated but aged hotel (think charmless rather than vintage). The elevator was a highlight, haven't been in one like that for 30+ years. The location was convenient but I think hard to feel you're getting value for money, if you're paying for 4 stars set your expectations low, the quality and service will disappoint.

We only stayed one night to sleep. The reception desk is a bit of a joke. For a 4 star hotel you expect a more welcoming entrance. The staff that worked was very friendly. All in all this hotel is not a 4 star, it looks and feels runned down, such a pity because on the pictures it looks amazing, don‘t let that fool you. I guess for a quick stopover I would recommend this hotel. It‘s right by the highway. Other than that not one of the best Novotels I‘ve stayed at.

Hotel très agréable avec jolie vue sur les montagnes, propre, personnel très aimable, bon rapport/qualité/prix, la terrasse est très agréable et le bar ouvert le soir, peut être que l'air manque dans les chambres on se sent un peu cloisonné, mais sinon tout s'est très bien passé

Belle hôtel, bien rénové Chambre spacieuse Confortable Grande télé Produit de toilette de qualité ( Ritual) Mais.... The hotel is well placed just outside Grenoble with free parking that is very convenient. The interior is clean, a little dated and our room in need of some renovation (ie cracks in mirror etc). We were disappointed that the bed was not comfortable. We also needed a baby bed and this could not be provided as it was necessary to request before arrival. This was not clear at the point of booking where it was marked baby beds free not baby beds available on request… Restaurant service was good and staff there very helpful.

Everything you need for a stop-over

Nice stop-over. The hotel has everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was a little worn, but nice and clean. The location of the hotel is very close to the motorway, but very isolated from everything else - no city in walking distance

Hôtel vieillissant. La chambre était spacieuse et nous avons apprécié la piscine ainsi que le petit déjeuner. En revanche le canapé lit n'était pas confortable, on sentait les ressorts du matelas, et l'hôtel est vieillissant, la moquette paraît sale dans l'ascenseur et les couloirs.
