"Room was clean, staff went above and beyond to help us..."Arthur" was fantastic in helping us locate a pharmacy open late as my son developed tonsillitis and had to have a prescription filled. Breakfast was amazing...location was great! A bit noisy due to construction...but no fault of the hotel"

"A wonderful hotel in Ghent with a quirky room set up (ours not for anyone with mobility issues since there are stairs) and truly exceptional service. "What a lovely hotel! We stayed with our two children in a studio and the room was perfect. Plenty of room and great facilities. The little kitchen was an absolute bonus and plenty of room to cook if you wanted to. Walkable to the centre and the dock area was an interesting walk too. Great pizza in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious too. Parking was also easy and able to charge our car, even if it was expensive, it was convenient. We have recommended it to friends and would happily stay...
