"The hotel is new and desperately short-staffed. The employees just could not keep up with the number of people... and there weren't that many people to begin with. There was a shortage of clean tables at the buffet; plates and glasses ran out quickly, and the omelet stations were slow. They need more staff, but most of all training. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, because it turned out that my reservation was manually put under another name, and that name remained "my name"...
