"The staff was very courteous and the property was very clean! The only issue I had was the wi-fi. Where the hotel is at, I didn't get a good signal on my phone so I was needing to use the wi-fi. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Other than that everything was wonderful!"

"I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I especially appreciate the ease of access to the mall. This was a short stay but I rested comfortably and all of my needs were met. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There are a few minor things like dead plants in planters that need attention but this did not affect my overall experience and/or satisfaction."

"Nice facilities and warm staff. The breakfast and light dinner were sufficient for full meals for both me and my 8 year old. Loved the indoor/ outdoor pool and overall a nice atmosphere. Conveniently located to many attractions, a short drive from downtown Birmingham and world class shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again."

"Really enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the bar & breakfast. The advertise balcony is about 1.5 foot wide. Which wasn’t a big deal, just would have enjoyed to sit outside in the mornings. My only complaint really would be regarding the cleanliness of the room. We had fruit flies inside the coffee maker. We had put it outside the room to try and get rid of them in the room, but we had issues with them the entire time. Also, there were dead bugs on the floor along the wall & someone’s dirty under wear hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Other than that, our stay was fine."
