"Great location if you are ok with tight mountain roads. We reached main attractions within 30 minutes and the green pasture scenery behind the hotel and its many path and benches to sit and enjoy the peace and calm get a 10 from us. The room is basic comfort. I missed having coffee in the room or a small fridge for left overs or the many cheeses and spek varieties available in the area. Lots of places to sit outside people watch if you are ok with cigarette smoke. I would recommend to leave some outdoor seating for non smokers so we could also enjoy the pure air."

La nourriture typique allemand/autriche était vraiment différent que le reste de l'Italie et cétaot parfait! J'y retournerais et recommande les yeux fermés. Merci de votre hospitalité!"

"This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!"

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

"We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working there. Breakfast was really good and genuine of the area. Top quality and had a real focus on good healthy food. The only downside is there is no air-con in the room which can be tricky in warmer nights. Maybe some mosquito nets so you can have the door open at night? We will 100% be coming back in the future!"
