Hotel is dated. Check in process was not great, staff member who assisted us failed to give any information regarding the hotel, our stay, amenities. Pools and lagoon are not private, anyone can come in and hangout.

I regret not getting ocean view. They put me on the 3rd floor and the view was a big tree in the way to at least view a bit of the ocean. Oh well, it’s not the trees fault lol.
