The only let down was the fact that I had requested adjoining rooms and or rooms in close proximity to one another days prior to my visit, yet upon arrival they did not have my request noted or taken into account. If not for Sonya, my needs and noted requirements would not have been met. I thank her for her much appreciated service and kindness. As well as the diligence and manner she went about accommodating us in the best she could. Knowing their lack of vacancy at the time. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you."

"Having a room on the third floor with an internal hallway door instead of an external door I think helped. The entire property smelled of Swisher Sweets and pot. The placement of the bathroom sink crowded the toilet so that you had to put an arm up to sit on it, so forget using it to put your underwear on after a shower. In the shower, the shampoo is sealed shut with a layer of plastic there's no way to open; I had to step on the tube to burst it open. The mattress was oddly contoured so that my head was lower than my ribcage. The a/c was cold and the curtains were effective, so it was serviceable for a single overnight stay when we weren't in the room much, but we wouldn't stay there again."

"Don't stay here. The airport shuttle was unavailable. This was not communicated in advance to the customer. The internet barely worked. There was a domestic violence dispute on the property. Staff seem like they don't know whats going on and keep referring me to the manager who would be at the property at an unknown time. The pictures are all lies. Unknown stains on the chairs/mini sofa. "

"This was a very sketchy motel that I had to leave after I saw cockroaches on the floor and people looking in my car. Horrible experience. I only spent 45 minutes there. More security needed."
