"Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. I think her name was Laurie or Lauren. The room was clean, the bed was a little firm but the pillows made up for that. Waffles were good."

"We had an amazing stay! The young woman who checked us in was very kind. We were ready to check in right at 3:00, so she went up to make sure we would walk into a clean room. She informed us they were short staffed, so she was unsure if it had been cleaned or not. It was clean, so we were good to go. The suite was amazing! Very spacious and clean. It us located on the corner of two somewhat busy streets. I was surprised how quiet was. With the exception of a very occasional motorcycle, we heard nothing. Very comfortable bed. We were surprised at the amenities. Our rate was extremely reasonable for what we booked. I would very highly recommend Washburn Suites. Located adjacent to Washburn University. 10/10!"

"The sheets and towels were clean. Stain on the room’s carpet. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok, With eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, yogurt, and coffee. The property was being repaired at places outside."
