"We had a very unlucky disappointing experience. The hot tub was closed for maintenance so we attempted to enjoy the pool but it was way too cold, then when we got out of the pool we were frequently blasted by the air conditioning surrounding the deck - all together just a chilly experience. We were shivering all the way to the 4th floor. In hopes for a hot shower to warm up, but we had to wait an extended period for any hint of warmth from the shower. "The staff are great--friendly,helpful and always willing to help. The bathroom was poor--Above the sink lights and ceiling fan did not work at all therefore crating fog when using hot water. These problems were reported to front desk to very nice young lady tues AM,but nothing was done tho it was looged into your computer.POOR. Two 110 plugs did not work in the room."

"April 2026 Stayed in room 110. Wow was really nice full set up kitchen. The layout was great nice clean and the living area with couch chair and kitchen to the side were a surprise. Next visit will plan on using the full supplied kitchen"
