"The location is excellent but lots of steps to get to the hotel were not clearly mentioned. Also, the front of the property facing the church was under construction so we had a balcony but couldn’t use it. "

"The room is good, the breakfast is fine, and the view is fantastic! However, we’re be charged extra €20 due to we arrived late about 9pm. They stated no receptionist after 7pm. Expedia didn’t mention that. We had to pay for that ."
