A estadia foi muito boa, o apartamento é bem localizado para ir todos os dias a pé para a praia, a piscina também está cuidada o que dá a possibilidade de escolha. Tem um supermercados perto, cafes e lojas, a Manta Rota não tem grande vida noturna é mais famílias. Os funcionários sempre simpáticos e ajudaram sempre que necessário.

Lo mejor, la atención de la encargada, las instalaciones, aunque antiguas estaban bien. Cerca de la playa, supermercado... Lo peor, habría que colocar carteles ya que es difícil localizar el apartahotel. En la piscina habría que hacer obras. En general, bastante satisfactorio.

La piscina estaba vacía el 14 de Junio con ola de calor (se nos dijo que la estaban llenando pero nos fuimos dos días después y seguía igual). En recepción a la llegada esperando media hora porque no había nadie. En varias ocasiones nos acercamos a recepción (el aire acondicionado no funcionaba) y tampoco había nadie. Limpieza escasa. Mobiliario en mal estado.

Ótima localização

Apartamento bem equipado apesar do mobiliário ser demasiado antigo. A piscina não funcionou durante toda a nossa estadia mas pudemos utilizar a do Mantamar II. Camas muito confortáveis e área do apartamento muito agradável. Localização 5*, perto de restaurantes, supermercados, cafés etc. Precisa de uma atualização na pintura e em algum mobiliário. No geral foi muito boa a estadia.

Bem localizado mas sem maquina da louça

Apartamento com boas áreas, utensílios de cozinha e louça suficientes só é pena não existir maquina de lavar a louça conforme estava indicado aquando da reserva.Bem localizado perto da praia e zona bastante calma.

L'appartement que nous avons loué à Mantamar etait vraiment spacieux et en excellent etat. Nous disposions d'une grande chambre, d'une très grande pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipé (plaques vitroceramiques, four, four micro onde, refrigerateur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle), 2 balcons. L'accueil etait sympathique et la résidence dispose d'une piscine avec chaises longues. Seul bémol :pas de wifi dans l'appartement (il faut se rendre dans la zone de l'accueil). Nous disposions également d'un emplacement de stationnement en sous-sol. Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Manta Rota qui est une petite ville tranquille et bien située pour rayonner dans l'Algarve.

Last Minute Stay worthwhile!

Booked into these apartments really last minute. Beautifully new builds with underground gated and garaged car park. Manager is really nice and helpful. Had a little trouble with using Debit cards in machine though to pay, so beware may need to use Cash or Credit Card instead. Pool is cute, small and private although freezing as not heated. Room was fully equipped and clean. :)
