This was my fifth stay here. Like it. Nice place. New bread at breakfast was an improvement but was tough. Good location. Great value.

The hotel is in a quiet street, but only 100m from the road running all the way along the river and within a few hundred meters of So many good eating places it was hard to choose.

대체적으로 방비엥 넘어가기에 좋은 숙소입니다.

우선 숙소 자체는 깔끔하고 청결합니다. 화장실을 중요하게 생각하는데 방 3개 모두 깨끗했습니다. 또한, 리셉션 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 조식은 그냥 방비엥으로 떠나기 전에 배를 채울 정도였는데 방값 생각하면 만족합니다. 다만 하나 아쉬운 점은 방이 생각보다 넓어서 에어컨이 좀 약한 느낌이 듭니다.

可もなく不可もなく。値段相応。これ以上の金額ならまず泊まる事はない。ルームメイクの際に忘れたのかシャンプーとリンスがなかった。備え付けの小さい石鹸で洗髪したから髪がゴワゴワ。部屋のドアに隙間があり薄い為、他の部屋の音がうるさく感じる事が多い。特に夜中の性交渉の声は本当に勘弁してほしい。立地はいい。スタッフの接客も近辺の他のホテルに比べたらいい方。

部屋は広く、エアコンの効きやお湯の出、WiFiも快適に使えました。トイレとシャワーもカーテンで仕切られていたのは良かったです。 コーヒー・紅茶・冷たい水がフロント脇に用意されていていつでも飲めます（部屋にも無料の水のペットボトルはあります）。フロントスタッフがいつも笑顔で親切です。朝食は卵料理が3種類くらい選べました。 場所も中心地にあり便利な場所です。空港からのバスはA5のワットミーサイで降りて徒歩5分くらいです。 この値段でこの設備・サービスであれば、満足です。

早朝の托鉢も出会えて、とても観光にはよいお手頃なホテルでした。ただし、エレベーターがなく、部屋は3階だったので荷物を運んでもらいました。受付スタッフも親切でした。

従業員の方がとても礼儀正しく親切で、チェックインもかなり早く着いたのですが、掃除を優先してくれてすぐ入れてくれました。朝食もバイキングではなく一人一人に調理して出してくれます。サービス面は非常に良いです。飲み物も常時無料で、wifiも快適でした。部屋も十分綺麗です。 気になった点としては、このホテルに限ったことなのかこの国の文化なのかはわからないのですが、部屋の防犯防災が甘いです。部屋の鍵は内側のノブにあるボタンを押してドアを閉める昔ながらのもので、チェーンロックはありません。私は荷物盗難防止用のワイヤーでドアを固定して寝ました。窓の外は隣家のベランダや壁が接近していましたが、柵のない窓でした。また、防火設備が備わっていないようです。火災報知器、スプリンクラー等が見当たりません。

Reasonable and good for the price

Reasonable and good hotel. For the price it was ok, although the breakfast was a bit sparse. Rooms are big enough and everything is there. Close to the river Mekong and close to a lot of restaurants.

We had a little problem when we wanted to check in, because the hotel forgot to change our date. Although the staff at the reception were great of help. the manager refused to talk with us wich we do not appreciate. Eventually we made a deal. The location was great.

Really nice small hotel located in a side road off the main road running parallel with the river. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street. There were three choices of hot food for breakfast, plus bread or toast and fruit. There were free hot drinks available in reception. We booked our minibus to Luang Prabang with the hotel and were collected right outside. The only negative issue was that the toilet in the lobby/breakfast bar was out of order and locked up.
