Pleasant place to stay
Good location, close to shops, Temples and the Mekong River. Great evening market along the river. Lots of things to see and places to eat. Would like to see some information about the town. The Manager a Mr. Jeffrey Pang was especially helpful in guiding me around town.

Air Conditioning is bad
Air conditioning is poor. After checked in, the room air conditioning is spoilt. Changed room, but the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room down. Hotel is quite run down, not worth paying USD 50 for this hotel. Seen better hotel nearby. This hotel require renovation .

Good location, but that's about it.
For a new hotel, you can tell they have cut corners. Things are broken or falling a part. There was only one person working during the day so check in took awhile too. Room had a balcony but it was only about 2 ft wide. The location was its only saving grace.

Great hotel in every regard. Well located very central. Good access to shops and restaurants. Rooms are neat and tidy and sized appropriately. Room cost great value for money. Would recommend to any traveller going to Vientiane.

Good location
Indeed this hotel is new and location is good, however nothing special. Can they keep current high rating as the hotel is getting older? It is a bit regrettable some guests are noisy in the dining room.

Good, clean room with great service
The only issue was that it was hard for the local drivers to get me back to my location at the hotel. They were unfamiliar with the road it was on.

Convenient location but minor repairs needed
Short stay in Vientiane. Lovely opportunity to rent bikes and see the town, temples and Mekong. Close proximity to the night markets very convenient. Opposite hotel is a bar, but relatively quiet. The hotel condition is in need of some repairs which would really make the stand out a lot more.

돈을 더 요구하고 취소 맘대로인 최악의 호텔 중 하나 이었음.
모든것을 직원 앞에서 동의를 얻고 호텔 닷컴으로 예약 함. 예약 후 돌변하여 카드 온라인 결제 이외에 현찰을 더 요구 함. 내 앞에서 호텔 닷컴과 전화 통화를 여러번 시도 했으나 전화가 들리지 않는다고 두번이상 호텔 직원이 전화를 끊어버림. 정말 최악의 호텔 중 하나임.

좋은 위치 적당한 호텔
위치가 좋다. 한국인들에게 유명한 식당 및 쉼터등 도보 이용가능함. 조용하고 숙소 컨디션은 보통이나 벌레가 없어 좋았다. 손님 대부분은 중국인. 조식은 별로. 부근에 도기니국수나 후르츠헤븐에서 간단히 해결 가능하다. 채널 7번 ytn, 59번 아리랑tv, 61번 kbs world 나옴.^^

위치가 좋았습니다. 근처를 모두 걸어서 다닐 수 있었어요. 방이 작고 좀 오래됐지만 깔끔하고 이용에 불편함은 없었습니다.

pros : good location cons : unprofessinal and indiffernet staff, sparse breakfast, small room overpriced 여기 비싸고 별로니까 가지 마시구요 밑으로 50미터정도만 내려오면 Khampane boutique hotel 있는데 거기 묵어보니 가격도 훨 더 싸고 시설도 더 낫네요 여기는 완전 비추!

편리하고 깔끔한 숙소
전체적으로 위치는 매우 만족스러웠으며 호텔에서 도보 10분거리안에 한국식당들, 번화가, 쇼핑센터등이 입지하여 편리했다. 툭툭을 타기도 편했고....호텔도 깔끔했으나 생각같이 크지는 않아서 한국의 모텔처럼 층당 객실이 4개정도였던 것은 좀 생각과 달랐다. 식당도 깔끔한 편이었으나 직원들의 친절도는 좀 별로였다. 내 방엔 에어컨의 조절기가 고장이라 온도조절이나 끌 수가 없었는데 알고보니 에어컨 리모콘이 없던 것. 직원이 가져다 준 리모컨엔 건전지가 없었고..다시 얘기해 받았으나 조절되지않았다.(에어컨자체 고장인듯) 결국은 방을 바꿔달라 해서 바꿔야 했었다.

地點方便
新的飯店經理是個很nice的經理人，會跟旅客聊天，還很體貼的派車送我去機場。 飯店的附近好逛、好買、離餐廳、湄公河都是步行可以到，附近路口常有嘟嘟車，交通工具也方便。

최고의 위치
직원들은 조금 친절하지 않네요. 사람들이 왔다갔다 해도 처다보지도 않습니다.객실은 괜찮고 깨끗하며 조식은 아메리칸스타일 + 알파입니다. 아침이 부실하다고 생각되시는 분은 나가서 좌측드로 가다보면 도가니 국수(2500원정도)드셔도 되고 좀더가면 라오키친에서 드셔도 됩니다. 여행자거리 중앙에 위치해서 관광다니기는 좋습니다. 메콩강까지 2키로 정도 거리입니다. 담에 또 오면 머물생각입니다.

라오스 첫번째 호텔
라오스의 첫번째 숙소이며, 하루만 묵는 숙소라 많이 기대하지 않았지만, 위치도 좋고 호텔 상태도 양호했다. 하지만 큰 기대를 한다면 많이 실망할 수도 있다. 10년된 오피스텔 느낌이다.

午前10時に、ホテルに到着したのですが、笑顔で、無料でアーリーチェックインさせてくれました。ロビー、エレベーター、階段、廊下、部屋、全てが清潔です。シャワーの水圧も強烈です。 お薦めです。

Modern, Sauber mit kleineren Schwachstellen.
Modernes Hotel mit Schwachstellen in der Bauausführung. Man hat den Eindruck als hätten die Handwerker noch nicht in manchen Stellen ihre Arbeit beendet. Es fehlte an etwas Perfektionismus. Die Zimmer sind modern und mit Flat-TV eingerichtet. Bei der Sauberkeit gab es keine Beantstandungen. Leider waren die warmen Speisen am Frühstückbüffet nur lauwarm oder kalt. Die Lage durch die Seitenstraße ist eher ruhig und man ist trotzdem im Zentrum. Das Hotel scheint bei asiatischen Gruppenreisen beliebt zu sein.
